Agency Link: Redirect admins (with the class ID in the get) to link management on 'Link' action or empty get. Redirect non-admins to login menu with message.
category skill interest: Move add button to side, and have one button for each type of thing to add. Redirect non-admins to login menu with message.
profile management: Redirect unlogged to index without message. Provide admins with message regarding non-existant profile. Remove "Current Password" and "Username" fields for admins for updating username & password. Display name of profile being accessed (for Admins).

using a composite field...it doesn't line up nicely with the other fields, I think we mis-understood how they work...but it looks ok I think.
